The 3M vision is to help this generation build partnerships in the three main spheres of life: Marketplace, Ministry, and Marriage. Specifically, these are partnerships that are based on the critical principles, taught in the Scriptures, that we do not believe are emphasized enough in churches today. Most practically, we believe that a decision to follow Christ should make a material difference in your conduct on the job, your focus on doing ministry as an ambassador for Christ 24/7, and your choice of a lifelong mate.

"What makes a person a saint is his/her acceptance of Christ. In their faith, saints find peace and righteousness with God, the so called "double imputation" through Christ. This is a "positional claim" as we are clearly not righteous in our daily lives, not matter how hard we try to subject our bodies, we are "already but not yet". 3M is a place where saints come together to either encourage or discover what this all means.
